28)  Mud Wrestling in the Naciemento, I have always been fascinated by smiling faces, and here we have 3 of the purest smiles I have seen, all focussed on a distant object we cannot know.

30)  Slip of the hand, I almost always crop and re-touch photos, but this magic photo came out perfect right on the click. It captures Phillip's first shot, hand slipping off the gun causing a miss. Seeing this prompted Philip to keep his hands on in subsequent shots, to the dismay of the targets! Note the subtle gunsmoke rilling off the top.

21)  Her Young Blood, This is a photo I took on the train tracks by my house in Carlsbad. The sun had just set so the sky was a light pink and I observed the tracks when we were crossing back over them. I wanted to capture the pink in the sky with the red lights and the red in Sadie (the models) lips.

29)  Matsumoto & Sakura, This is a wooden samurai castle built in 1504. At night, in the spring when cherry blossoms (sakura) are in bloom, they light it beautifully at night. The reflection in the moat is incredible!
